Hook it up to our pull trailer while camping, ready to go. Love it!It's like taking a shower we have hook up the garden hose to it, it sprays really well it gets really nice and hot. or turn it down to lower temp for a cooler shower to, we have done both, and we enjoy using it. i haven't tested the pump part yet but will when we go off grid camping it has a camo duffle bag with it to carry it with you, we really enjoy itI purchased this water heater in April. Started using it in May. On my 3rd use, which was in July, the gas adapter was not working. I tried using a different gas adapter that I bought from Amazon & it worked. The temperature control knob was not working either. Once I turned it, it doesn’t stay, it’d slowly turn backwards & reduce the temperature. So I had to sit & hold the knob if I wanted it to stay at the desired temperature.Nowhere I could find the seller’s contact information for warranty. I bet this would be left unattended until the warranty is expired before someone would get back to me & tell me my warranty is over & they can’t do anything about it.**** UPDATE AUGUST 15, 2022Seller contacted me on July 25, 2022. We’ve had back & forth conversations until August 12, 2022. Then seller STOPPED ANSWERING when I demanded a replacement of a new unit instead, after going nowhere with this seller, after they’ve given me lame excuses of why the temperature button automatically reduces the temperature every single time it is turned. So their ridiculous excuse of why the temperature button should automatically reduce the temperature is, “There’s summer temperature & winter temperature”. This is after how many times I have explained to them that I’m aware of the auto shut off for overheating protection. This has nothing to do with overheating whatsoever! It is an obvious malfunction of the temperature knob, that it doesn’t stay at the desired temperature when it is turned. It would automatically turn backwards & reduce the temperature, which makes the water cold again. That says, if I have someone sit in front of it & hold the button while someone else is taking a shower without consistently getting hot & cold water. Then it is considered working properly!I’m very frustrated at talking to the seller, as I’m going nowhere with them. Therefore, I requested a replacement and happy to return this unit so they can test it out. At this point, the seller just stopped responding!Worked once then could not get the ignighter to work. Tried all steps in the trouble shoot part of the manual. Then tried to go to the website for help. The address given went to some MS customer support. Not happy!!!Next day after trying everything I noticed it was at about a 5 degree angle. I straightens it out and it ignited and worked. I let go of it and it went back to the previous angle but continued to work. This should be in the trouble shooting section first thing to check.I love full time off grid and use this as my general water delivery source. It still works great more than a year later now. I’m currently looking for updated shower nozzles but that’s all. Works beautifully. The manual 's 4 pages of warnings, and then the one page on how to use the shower in such tiny print, requiring a magnifying glass to read it, was challenging. The add on how to turn the water on was not the same page as the rest of the instructions on how to use it but on a top page of how to connect the hoses.Frustrating to read. Poor graphics.I bought this outdoor hot water shower mainly for the pump because my water pressure is low. And with my all-time Favorite Zodi Hot Tap shower no longer available this one was the nearest fit. Otherwise it all works.Dislike that no supply hose for the water pump wasn’t in the package.Good overall unit but kicks off too easy with low water pump pressure. Purchased a larger pump and it works great but had to spend an additional 60+ dollars to make it work adequately.
