Replaced the push-button spigots on a couple Igloo water coolers and they worked just fine... stem is a bit long and would have preferred that they fit a bit closer to the cooler. They are very prone to getting hit or having something bump into them while cooler is being carried, and they are easily broken/snapped off being hard plastic.The perfect solution for our 5 gallon water containers! We have three Coleman 5 Gallon containers and all 3 have broken valves. The original valves are so hard to turn. These work perfectly for them! I simply cut the stem off of the broken valve with a hack saw (Or unscrewed the stem depending on the style) and clamped these in their place. Also, I love that these are easy to push down for a single serving or pull up to stay open for a larger serving.These a fine, utility spigots that will always be handy. I needed one for a ottomatic dog water filler - I put the dish down and Otto pushes the tap down to fill the dish as needed. Smart pup.installed 2, 3 of spigots seem to be fine but one nut was grossly defective - circle was incomplete, mold not fully injectedThe spigots worked well for my project.Bought for countertop gravity water filter.
